The UP Thunder Riders, of Watersmeet, Michigan, are a snowmobile club dedicated to keeping the trails of Michigan's Upper Peninsula groomed and operating. We believe that every snowmobiler should be able to experience the peace, beauty and excitement of trail-riding the hundreds of miles of groomed trails in our beautiful state. Current UP Weather We have two club trips coming up soon. January 14th-15th ride to Houghton and the Weekend ride on January 31st to February 1st. We are now offering a "Pit Stop" at the Club House for snowmobilers See the activities page for more information!!! That is why we, The UP Thunder Riders, strive to keep National, State and private forest lands groomed and open to snowmobilers. Without the help of our members and sponsors this would not be possible. The only way to protect our sport is to have strength in numbers - Join the Club!
